To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. The candle should not have been burned or damaged.
How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

- Include the reason for your return
- Wait for our return authorization and shipping instructions
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
